Cancellation Policy

I value your time and energy—and I honor mine, too. To keep things clear and respectful for both of us, here’s my policy around rescheduling, cancellations, and unexpected situations: ✨ Rescheduling You’re welcome to reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance, free of charge. To reschedule, email yesspiral@gmail.com as soon as you know you need to shift. ❌ Cancellations If you cancel more than 48 hours before your session, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, though you may still reschedule if needed. 🚫 No-Shows & Late Arrivals I’ll wait up to 10 minutes past our scheduled time. If you haven’t joined by then, I’ll begin the reading as planned and send the insights to you via email (either written or recorded). In this case, the session is still considered a no-show and non-refundable—but you’ll still receive the value of the reading. 🌪️ Emergencies I understand that emergencies happen. If something urgent prevents you from attending, reach out as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis. 🔮 If I Need to Reschedule If I need to cancel or move your session for any reason, I’ll notify you promptly and offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
